The data included in the List of Public Warnings (PL: Lista ostrzeżeń publicznych – LOP) and the Database of Warnings from Foreign Supervisory Authorities (PL:Europejska Baza ostrzeżeń zagranicznych organów nadzoru EURO- BOZON) are available on:

The data are open and public. Pursuant to the laws applicable to the entities that have been put on the List of Public Warnings (LOP), Urząd Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego (UKNF) may publish their data.

In the performance of the tasks specified in Article 4(1) point of the Act of 21 July 2006 on financial market supervision (Journal of Laws 2020, item 2059, as amended), i.e. undertaking educational and information activities in the field of the functioning of the financial market, its threats and entities functioning ion it to protect the legitimate interests of financial market participants, Urząd Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego (UKNF) publishes EURO-BOZON (THE EUROPEAN LIST OF PUBLIC WARNINGS FROM FOREIGN SUPERVISORY AUTHORITIES).

The list aggregates publicly available information published by foreign supervisory authorities on entities operating via the internet.

The aggregated information may also specify the time of publication of a warning, if provided by a foreign supervisory authority.

Particular caution is recommended when dealing with entities on the List. In the event of attempts to establish cooperation on the part of such entities or an intention to contact such entities, it is justified to check in the relevant registers on the website www.knf.gov.pl whether the given entity is authorised to conduct licensed activities in the territory of the Republic of Poland. A tool to facilitate such verification is the search engine available at: www.knf.gov.pl/podmioty/wyszukiwarka_podmiotow . If you interact with an entity that is not listed in the above-mentioned registers of Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego (KNF), please forward any information to [email protected]. The information received will also be used by to determine whether there is a suspicion of illegal activity in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

IMPORTANT: The UKNF does not examine the legal grounds or factual circumstances of including a given entity on a given list by a foreign authority. Data downloaded from the websites of foreign supervision authorities are not verified by the UKNF in terms of the correctness of the entries, but only aggregated in accordance with published warnings.
